As 3par2 say, open a Case and the Support Team change the Proxy for you.

Have manage to config the proxy server, for the benefit of others users.

1. SSH to the SP and login as cpmaint,
2. Execute the command cpmaint, choose the Option 7 ==> Reconfigure the HP 3PAR Secure Service Collector Server
3. Follow the on screen to configure the proxy server.

Maybe it can be helpful for someone.
With Service Processor Software SP-4.4.0.GA-53 (MU2) Release is possible :

This release includes the following enhancements:
•
Restricts cpmaint account to cpmaint menu only. Shell access is not provided to cpmaint user.
•
Provides an option to the 3parcust user to change the cpmaint password.

Now i sucessfully changed cpmaint password and the communication to HPE Secure Service Collector from proxy to no proxy without the need to redeploy SP.
