Post subject:  HPE 3PAR SP 5.0.8.1 release date
Good afternoon,


Does anyone have any information they could share regarding the likely release date for SP Version 5.0.8.1 ? HPE ERT previously told me that the release date would be in the April-May time-frame, which now appears unrealistic. When I queried them about this a few weeks ago I was informed they couldn't provide any information :? . The reason I am chasing HPE on this is because I believe that from conversations I've had with them that 5.0.8.1 will address some underlying high/critical vulnerabilities that were highlighted under our Nessus Scans.

Okay thanks for the heads up. Would it be possible to provide me with the URL link for that download as information under my HPE InfoSight company login appears to be stale, as still showing 5.0.8.0-28527 as the current SP version available.

All the downloads are available from the above with a current support contract.

The SP release notes have also been updated here;

Infosight might just not have been updated yet or they are letting it out in the wild for a bit before pushing it as recommended.
