Hello everyone. I have a problem with a 3PAR 8400 2 nodes. node 0 failed. I bought the same part used on Ebay. I did the rescue process which is connecting to the new node via serial connection. Whack>unset sys_serial_10 Whack>unset w19 Whack>ahci init Whack>ahci erase Whack>reset It reboots the controller and when it starts it does not join the cluster. This is how it ends... 1 17 8086.10d3 17.0.0 MB A 47 95 170 0x17 -> 0xfec01020 Timer Interrupt test: PASS --> Starting: [10] CPU SDRAM ECC Initialization --> Starting: [11] Board GPIO Init --> Starting: [12] Node Fan Test --> Starting: [14] Power Supply and Battery Init --> Starting: [15] Power Supply and Battery Test --> Starting: [16] PROM Checksum Test PROM checksum: PASS Invalid Tornado CPU core count - 12 for node type - 0xf0 *** Non-fatal error: Code 25, sub-code 0x5 (0). AHCI0 MBR does not have a valid partition table Disabled FSBC boot watchdog. I also did noderescue -node 0 from node 1 but without success. Note: I am making it start without the 4-port HBA because it appears to be faulty. any ideas? Thank you very much as always.
