Hey Everyone - Having some difficulty adding either of our new 7200s to System Reporter. I slug in the name, CLI username + PW, hit "Submit"...and it just hangs there at 'Waiting for localhost' for a while, then throws a 504 (Gateway Time-out, the gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application) error. Connecting via the CLI with the same u/p (3paradm) from the System Reporter machine works fine; heck, the SR machine and 3par management nodes are on the same subnet. The version of System Reporter is 3.1 MU2, and the 3par is 3.1.3 MU1. I used the included version of Apache and MySQL 5.5 and the installation went smoothly. Anyone ever run into this? Could you try to connect using secure mode of GUI ? Maybe you disable non secure network port during MOB. |

The fix was to check the 'use SSL' box. Ha. 3.1.3 requires it, apparently..... Thanks a ton for the reply! -Craig |

That means the non secure ports are disabled on your array. You can enable them using serial connection. |
