Hi all
After upgrading SP to version 5.0.7.0-28213 from 5.0.6, i have problem with CPU.
After SP start / restart CPU load increases continuously and after one week is at 100 %.
I have two SP on this site and exactly the same behavior. Some ideas ? I didn't find any info ...
Thanks
Frantisek

I would log a support case with HPE.

I am seeing EXACTLY the same.
After a period of time, the cpu just ramps up and up, until it sits continuously high, for hours. I have never waited more than 24hrs to see if it eventually settles down, but yeah, same issue here I am afraid.
I Just tend to reboot the SP's, but it comes back again a few days later.
Did you log a case? If so, I will too.

Re: HPE 3PAR Service processor 5.0.7.0-28213 high CPU
Oh I forgot... you have your vSP's hooked into vcenter with cross-stack analytics?
We do, and each time the vSP gets rebooted, it loses connection and we get a degraded error with the cross stack analytics until I go in manually and re-apply the same existing settings and its fine again.
What a ****show this 5.0.7 release is, I wish I had never bothered!

lol typical, after rebooting the vSP's a good few times, the problem has gone away for the time being.

Hi all
I wasn't here for some time.
Yes i did log support case and the answer was, that is common well known bug in 5.0.7
No service note, no info on download portal ....
Should be repaired in next version.
Please stay on 5.0.6.1.
Bye
