Software updates without HPE warranty

Hi every,

is it possible to get 3PAR and Service Processor update files without an active warranty contract with HPE?

I have two 3PAR System (7400 and 8200, both 3.2.2 MU6) but I cannot download a virtual Service Processor or any updates for my storage.

Access to software updates is a part of the support and maintenance contracts from HPE. So access to those updates require an active contract.

On the flip side, you should probably be able to get whatever was current at the point where your warranty/contract expired. You would probably need to contact HPE Support for that.

Unfortunately HPE will only help after sending them some money, alot of money.....

Can any one share the current SP ISO and the update files from 3.2.2.612 MU4 (8200) and 3.2.2 MU6 (7400) to the current firmware version?
