3par upgrade fails due to incorrect cluster serial

Hi All,

I've got a 4 node 8200 series 3 par that has had 2 "dirty" node replacements on it at various points over the last few years.
It's currently up and all nodes in the cluster however im trying to upgrade and im hitting an error in these 2 replaced nodes with pre upgrade checks showing "check node salable serial number failed"

from SSH shownode -i -svc shows all the correct serials for each node.


I've checked via WACK and "prom hp" shows all the correct serials along with "prom edit" however if I do a "banner" from wack this shows an incorrect string for the "cluster Serial" variable on the 2 replaced nodes, that matches the same incorrect string the pre upgrade checks show.
If i check one of the original system nodes from wack these show the correct serial number for the "cluster serial" variable.

set perm "sys_serial10=" to the correct string makes no difference to the "banner" output
Any ideas how I can change this string?
