Yeah something is wrong. Maybe try to enter a SAID directly (instead of going through your account with linked SAIDs).

I do that, and I get this:

I've linked our SAID to my hp passport profile, but I cant see anything at all in the download section, and when i click show all available products it shows zero. Am i doing something wrong?

I had the same exact issue on two separate accounts. You'll need to call HP support, who will ask you to try three different browsers, and then several weeks later fix an account issue.

Call +1 (800) 538 1733 and they can walk you through making sure your contracts are associated to your accounts.

Anybody have any luck downloading 3.2.1 mu1 yet?

I am scheduled to do a two hop upgrade for two of my 7200's from 3.1.2 mu2 to 3.1.3 and then gain to 3.2.1 mu1 (no that's not a typo.... Hp scheduled me for mu1), but I can only download 3.2.1 p01, not mu1

Well that is certainly a good thing.

Part of the reason I'm still on 3.1.2 MU2 is that it's been rock solid stable, and I literally always have a panic attack during upgrades that I'm going to get either an unplanned outage or some kind of data destruction.

Where did you download 3.2.1 MU1 from?

I didn't see it in the software update portal, but it is available on at ftp://ftp.usa.hp.com

For credentials check with previous upgrades with support assistance, I don't think they have changed.

From my experience
3.1.3 - stable
3.2.1 GA P01 - buggy, if iSCSI run away
3.2.1 MU1 P04 - not sure yet, just loaded it.
