Thanks, I sent you an email just now. We had a bit of a storage incident over the weekend, still in cleanup mode. But it was another case of HP support being on the ball. Going to make another post about it shortly.

Just to bring folks up to date - @Namlehse sent me an email and I've sent it off to folks who manage Technology Services in the U.S. @Namlehse gave me the name of his rep and he recently left the company so that is why there was no response. Hopefully, I'll get him taken care of shortly.

So I've actually had a LOT of movement today. I've already heard from our new rep, as well as the area manager and a few other people.
