Port persistence in a V800... is it possible?

Post by dpravia3par »

Hey guys
I am trying to figure out how to use port persistence on a V800 (10800). It seems I will need 4 fabrics to do so but I am not entirely sure... maybe using 2 fabrics with 8 host ports each would work? Do I need 4 fabrics to do this?

I have checked HP documentation about it and I only could find port persistence for two nodes arrays...

Any ideas?

Thanks
Dave

Port persistence works among node pairs, so you need to connect your hosts in the appropriate manner to as many node pairs as you want using two fabrics.
