we have a 3par 7200 with 2 nodes .
one node has failed and is now flashing amber and blue.
no error is detected via the CLI.
What can I do ? Is the node broken ?

Re: Controller Node 7200 blinking amber and blue
sounds broken to me.
I assume if you do a shownode you only see 1 node?
I would log with HPE and get the failed node replaced. you could try reseating the node, but if you're not sure what you doing then i'd leave it for HPE to look at.
There is a console port on the back of the node, could be worth connecting to that, and see if you can see a reason why its not booting up, but to be honest it will probably write so many entries that it wont make much sense.

"I am experiencing the same problem; I cannot connect via CLI, and the lights are flashing on and off. I have tried removing and reinserting the node, but the issue remains. Could it be that the SSD disk inside has failed? If I replace it with a new disk of the same capacity, will it work? Do I need to load anything onto it, or should I perform node recovery?"
