3PAR 8200 upgrade order

Hello,

I would like to have a confirmation on an upgrade of a 3PAR 8200 rack. My customer is in OS version 3.3.1.460 (MU3)P50,P58,P61,P77,P78,P91,P92,P97,P108 and the SP's are in version 5.0.5.1-27035.

Can you please confirm me the following upgrade order:
1- SSMC to version 3.8.3
2- SP to version 3PAR_SP_5.1.0.1_SW_QR516-11089
3- OS to version 3PAR_INFORM_OS_RLS_3.3.1_MU5_P177_QR482-11661, only this version is available for download.

Step 2 then 3 and then additional patches (P180 is the lastest one I think)
Step 1 can be done when you want.

1. That is a very good starting point.

2. 5.1.0.1 requires 5.1.0.0 so you need to step thru that version.

3. 3.3.2 is available so might consider that. Patching post upgrade is also important.
