process to access 3par storage without IP address , username

User had never connected to 3PAR storage , hence IP address & user name not assigned
Please suggest steps to find out default IP of 3PAR storage

Most likely the system isn't setup at all in that case ....
Connect with serial cable.

we tried connecting 3PAR with serial cable but its not allowing to access storage via serial console cable
